I'm a sleep scientist with a PhD in sleep, habits, and bedtime procrastination (yes, that's a real field of research!). I've spent years studying why people struggle to go to bed – and what I found is that the behaviours keeping us awake are often the ones we least notice, or feel like we have no control over.

My research on bedtime procrastination has been published in peer-reviewed journals and reached millions through my YouTube channel, BrainCraft.

The Sleep Habit Audit is something I created because it kind of doesn't exist anywhere else. Together we create a personalised routine to support your best sleep health, grounded in evidence.

CAN I ASK QUESTIONS THROUGHOUT THE SESSION?

Absolutely. The session is structured, but it's also a conversation. There will be more time for questions in the second half of the session.

WHICH PROGRAM WILL WE USE TO MEET VIRTUALLY?

We typically use Google Meet for the session. I'll send you a link ahead of time.

WILL I HAVE THE OPTION TO ADD ON TIME TO MY SESSION?

The audit is designed as a focused 45-minute session, so I'd ask that you let me know in advance if you'd like additional time.
